| Is one creature larger than the other? No, they're
both the same size. The inconsistancy occurs since the background
figure is not proportionally smaller than the foreground creature.
The brain makes inferences about depth when a 2-d image shows a 3-d world.
This illusion is EXTREMELY difficult to create in 3-d, since it is a 2-d illusion. I have attempted 2 different ways to try the illusion, but it doesn't seem to work. |
