My work celebrates the whimsical nature of life.

My final project is a frame-by-frame animation about a man who reaches the heights of his imagination and dreams. We all long to be someone or something else. My work represents this theory. I want to construct the same feeling of liberation and passion for the viewer that I experience in making it.
I drew all the backgrounds in photoshop, referencing photos for perspective. The animation was mostly frame-by-frame, the door of the freezer was motion tweening. To create a fluid animation effect, I used Flash onion-skinning and a Wacom drawing pad to draw accurately and faithfully each frame.
